Payment Plan Option

Rings can be purchased via our payment plan option. Half down will be required at the time the order is placed. Students seeking to use a payment plan must order their ring either during our on campus sales push or by calling Watkins Jewelers to set up the plan. Payments can be made from the time the order is placed until the day before the ring ceremony in the fall. All orders must be placed by July 1, 2026 for delivery in September. Payments can be made over the phone at 434-292-3230 or 434-292-6314.

Orders for delivery in September 2026 are now OPEN. Orders placed after the July 1, 2026 deadline will be delivered at the Class Ring Ceremony in 2027 if participating in the ring ceremony. If a student (Junior or Senior) or alumni would like to have his/her ring delivered sooner, please contact us at 434-292-3230.
