Q: Do you work on costume jewelry?
A: No, we do not work on base metals. Repairs are only done on sterling silver, gold, and platinum jewelry.
Q: Do you send out repairs to be worked on?
A: No, we do all of our repair work in-house.
Q: Where is my repair stored?
A: Repairs are taken in and stored in a safe at night when we are closed.
Q: How will I know when my repair is finished?
A: We will give you a call at the number you leave with us when the repair is taken in.
Q: How long will you hold my finished repair?
A: We will hold your repair item until you pick it up, but please remember, we are NOT a storage unit.

A: To an extent, yes, we do keep a limited record on repairs. Past repairs can only be located if you can tell us which month and year the item was repaired.
