Q: Do you offer payment plans or financing?
A: We do not offer financing, but we do offer a layaway option.
Q: How often do I need to pay on my layaway?
A: Layaways must be paid on monthly to keep them in the system. If you do not pay, we will call with a reminder. After two missed payments, the layaway will be put back in stock.
Q: I am not able to visit your store each month to make a payment, what are my options?
A: We accept credit card payments by phone and checks by mail. Please make all checks out to Watkins Jewelers and mail to:

Q: If I decide I do not want the layaway item I have been paying on, will I receive a refund?
A: No, all layaways payments are non-refundable.
